Al Nuur Orphanage Centre was established in 2006 in Somalia. Over many years, the centre has grown bigger and has became the home/education centre for hundreds of orphaned children.

The Al Nuur orphanage centre comprised of childrens’ sleeping quarters for boys and girls, dining rooms, study rooms, kitchen facilities and a prayer room as well as primary and secondary school. Subhana Allaah, on 24 June 2019, the Al Nuur orphanage centre caught fire and burned down (please see pictures).

All orphaned children were evacuated and now distributed to different homes in local communities. The management of the Al Nuur orphanage centre are trying to rebuild the orphanage centre and the school.

We're appealing for your kindness in helping these orphaned children have their normal life back before the school term starts in August 2019.

The target amount of donation is $10,000.

Please help these orphaned children get back to their centre by donating to:
